Witney Twins Plus Meet David Cameron

At a recent reception hosted by the 'Oxfordshire Community Foundation' members of Witney Twins Plus got the chance to meet David Cameron MP. Witney Twins Plus, were awarded a grant of £2000 to set up and get established, were invited to a reception held by the 'Oxfordshire Community Foundation' to celebrate and recognise their work and the work of local groups in the community. Witney MP David Cameron was invited along to meet up with the representatives of four local community groups who had received funding. It was a chance for Witney Twins Plus members Louisa Nutt and her twins, Juliet Frost and her triplets and Alex Westbury to talk to Mr Cameron about the issues multiple parents have to deal with.

Sponsored Sunflower Challenge

Witney Twins Plus has held a Sponsored Sunflower Challenge over the summer months. We were a little late planting our seeds but members have had great success in growing and collecting sponsor money. Our tallest sunflower measured 161cm and altogether our members have collected over £250 sponsorship. The money will help towards running the club over the coming 12 months and a donation has also been sent to TAMBA
