The hall was stunningly decorated as a woodland glade and illuminated by dozens of candles.

The tables were dressed to match
A selection of soft drinks and red and white wine was available and hostesses distributed bruschetta and crudites whilst participants chatted and absorbed the enchanting atmosphere.

The captivating window displays
For the main course the the guests sat at two tables running the length of the hall, each covered in hessian and illuminated by candles set in holders resembling ornamental cabbages.

Swerford village hall committee have an unrivalled reputation for superb puddings. The Harvest Supper was no exception.

The village hall committee worked hard to provide a very special evening and everyone who attended had a very memorable time.
