What is Mindfulness

When you face difficult times, do you find that you focus so easily on negative thoughts and feelings, and become totally consumed by them? Mindfulness meditation helps you break free of this downward spiral by helping you make positive choices about how you think, feel and act and this improves your well being.

Mindfulness helps you to see your situation, and to look at the thoughts and feelings that are taking you down that negative cycle. It then helps you to see how you can respond differently, giving you new positive ways of thinking and doing.
