What you gain

• Hugh Poulton teaches Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) in small groups of no more than 10 people, which will ensure that you receive a personal learning experience, giving you the opportunity to talk about your experiences with these practices, the obstacles that inevitably arise, and how to deal with them skilfully.

• You are trained by Hugh Poulton, a mindfulness teacher with 30 years experience, who has taught courses, as part of the University of Oxford Department of Psychiatry Mindfulness programme, at the Warneford Hospital for the Oxon and Bucks Mental health trust, to a wide range of clients with chronic physical or mental conditions.

• Hugh teaches private and public courses throughout North and West Oxfordshire.

• Hugh teaches the general public, therapists, counsellors, coaches and other yoga teachers.

• You will follow a course based on the highly researched 8 week Mindfulness course with Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).

• Hugh teaches people in groups, or as individuals. He also teaches people through long distance learning and by e-mail. He has students learning around the world. • You will receive a set of CD’s or MP3 downloads to accompany the programme, which you use to practice on your own at home once a day.
