The Club is organised by a committe which consists of Secretary, Treasurer and four others. Suggestions for outings from other members are very welcome.

There is an annual subscription (currently £7.50 per person). Group bookings allow us to buy good seats at a discount, and the cost of coach travel from and back to Eynsham is included in the price of the ticket which is generally below £40.

Membes are notified about each outing with a closing date for applications. If all the tickets have been sold by the time an application is received, members names can be put on a waiting list. Friends are welcome if there are unsold tickets after the closing date. If, after buying a ticket a member is unable to come, attempts will be made to sell it to someone else but a refund cannot be made if this is unsuccessful.
We try to allow time to have a meal before the performance but some members prefer to bring a picnic to eat on the coach.
