During the outdoor season (April to Sept), there are friendly inter-club matches both at weekends and some evenings. For those wishing to play competitive bowls, there are club, county and national competitions. The club has a mens team in the Thursday evening league and a mixed team in the Westox League. Wednesday evening is club night and a hotly contested triples league is run - not least as there is a cash prize. On various Friday evenings throughout the season social/fun evenings are held (for example Ladies v Gents, Town v County with BBQs to follow).
